With just a few days to go, we are thrilled to party our arse out this New Year. But when you’re busy busting some killer moves on the dance floor, you don’t want to be held back by your hair flipping all over your face and feeling all eeky and gross with sweat dripping down your neck.
An easy solution you ask? Try an updo! Not only will it solve your problem, but it will look super chic and trendy with your glittery dress.
Rock chic mohawk bun

This hairdo is going to be a total head turner! Want all eyes to be on you? Try out this easy yet super stylish Mohawk bun. Take portion of your hair and tie it into a mini knot. Take the rest of your hair and create a bun. Secure with bobby pins and set with the Toni&Guy Glamour Finishing Shine Spray. Then move on to the front section and curl it with a large tong curling iron. Sweep the hair on the front side and set it with a hairspray or mousse. The Toni&Guy Sea Salt Texturising Spray works well too.
Center parted sleek bun

This one is for all our beauty newbies. Just part your hair from the center and pin the hair behind your ears with bobby pins. Then sweep all your hair into a tight low bun and you’re ready to roll. To add some drama leave out a few strands of hair and wrap them around the hair tie you used to secure the bun.
P.S – For a more sleek look, start with the Toni&Guy High Shine Serum Drops
Pulled back top knot

Another super easy still high on trend hairdo is the classic top knot. You can choose to do a tight pulled back one or opt for a messier look. Don’t forget to use a texturizing spray to add some volume and shine.
The Braided bun

Braids are a total rage this season. And the best part is that you choose any style depending on your hair type and length. To get a look similar to Katy Perry, take two parts of your hair and braid them. Then take them both over your head on opposite sides and secure with bobby pins. Apply some hair spray and then grab the rest of the hair and create a tight bun. You can always add some bling by using accessories like ribbons or hair clips.
Side swept bun

If you’re not a fan of something sleek and center parted opt for a pretty princess like side swept low bun. Part your hair onto one side and then tie your hair into a tight bun. You can always use some hair serum to ease the process of working with the hair and to ensure it stays in place. Add some bobby pins or hair barrettes for that extra fun!
