Get physical

Exercise is the best way to shave off years from your body and face. Yoga, gym, CrossFit or Zumba—opt for whatever floats your boat. Working out enhances the efficiency of blood circulation, thus providing oxygen and essential nutrients to your skin. All you need to do is invest an hour of your day for glowing skin, a fabulous body and overall health.
Beauty sleep

Ideally, your body needs eight hours of sleep to rejuvenate and repair your skin naturally. If you can’t reach the ideal number, aim for at least six hours. Quick power naps or a those lazy weekend siestas also help. Proper sleep keeps your weight from fluctuating, keeps the dark circles at bay and ensures that you’re mentally alert.
Keep it simple

Invest in a good quality face and body sunscreen with an SPF of over 20. Harmful UV rays from the sun can wreak havoc on your skin and it is essential to keep it protected, even if you are indoors. We swear by the Lakmé Sun Expert that is light on the skin and has been designed specifically for different skin types. Wash your water with cold water or ice to crinkle the pores and tighten your skin. Don’t forget to moisturise daily to maintain your skin’s moisture levels and keep it looking youthful.
You are what you eat

Ageless beauty isn’t just about looking good externally. After all, what you are on the inside reflects on the outside. A diet rich in fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, fish and green vegetables will keep your skin glowing, radiant and healthy. It’s okay to indulge in junk and sugary food once in a while. However, when you switch to a healthy and balanced diet, the effects will show up on your face, and how!
Drink it up

Water is the best thing for your skin as it flushes toxins and keeps your skin hydrated. Aim for at least eight glasses of water a day. We highly recommend starting your day with a glass of warm water and lemon. Sipping on green tea helps too. Lemon and green tea contains antioxidants what support cellular regeneration and prevent skin damage.
