Get an early start

It is best to consult a dermatologist who will assess your face and recommend a skin care routine based on it”, advises Dr. Santhanam.
Soothe your skin

“Sensitive skin needs to be soothed gently. To do so, only use cold water on your face and skip treatments like blackhead extraction”, says Dr. Santhanam.
