Wearing overtly tight underwear

Reaching out for thongs all the time

Also take note that when you’re wearing thongs, the possibility of movement is much more because they’re constantly sliding around.
Wearing sweaty underwear
We hate to admit it but some of us just happen to sweat more than others. And you know what that means? Well, a moist environment implies that there will be an easy growth of yeast infections. This can get worse if you work out and then continue wearing the same underwear throughout the day. So it is advisable that you change your panties at least twice daily.
Using the wrong detergent

It’s about time you understood that your hoohaa is one of the most sensitive parts of your body. So if you’ve been feeling rather itchy down there, you might want to consider changing your detergent. Some detergents have too much perfume in them and hence, could end up irritating your skin.
