One scarf, three easy ways
Don’t be ashamed of this, girls. Sometimes, tying a scarf has us in knots (quite literally). Is it supposed to be stuffed into a buttoned jacket? Tied in never ending loops around the neck? Or just thrown on as a blanket in a desperate attempt? We have the answers to your ‘scornful scarf’ days to stop you from being a strangled mess! Read our three easy-to-copy ways of wearing a neck scarf and get practising! What you’ll need - Any funky (that’s just us) rectangular scarf. Go for a longer length as you can create varied styles with it. You don’t want to be running short on length on the last loop!

The Bunny Ear

The Waterfall

Step 1 - Place the scarf over your neck, with one end longer than the other
Step 2 - Hold the longer end in one hand and loop it around your neck twice
Step 3 - Tuck the end into the circular loop around the neck and pull it out
Step 4 - Make a side knot with the other shorter end

The European Loop

The Waterfall

Step 1 - Take your scarf and fold it in half
Step 2 - Wrap it half way around your neck, leaving the front of your neck open
Step 3 - Grab the two loose ends of the scarf and pull it through the curved end
Step 4 - Pull the two loose ends until the loop reaches your neck

The Waterfall

The Waterfall

Step 1 - Place the scarf around your neck, one end longer than the other
Step 2 - Loop the longer end around your neck thrice and bring it back
Step 3 - Take a corner of this end and stuff it into the circular loop around your neck
Step 4 - Tidy the look in place
If you’re still in loops, try again!

Changing my career to fashion at the age of 27 was a risk that I'm glad I took! I don't think there is any substitute for hard work. I can be overly shy and self conscious one day and feel like I can conquer the world the next. You have to try my caramel pudding and chicken soup and don't even dare playing charades with me—I'm super competitive. I love what I do and am always looking for a way to take it up a notch!
