Vanilla Caramel Corn

Birthday Cake Shake
If you’re up for a heavenly mouthful put together half a cup of vanilla cake mix, one cup of almond milk, one and a half trays of ice cubes, two scoops of vanilla protein powder, one teaspoon of pure vanilla and if you really want to have some fun, one tablespoon of rainbow sprinkles. Recipe, you ask? Add everything into the blender, blend, swirl in some extra rainbow sprinkles for good measure, pop in a straw and slurp baby, slurp!

Vanilla Caramel Corn

Red Velvet Cake Dip
Two cups of vanilla yoghurt, two-thirds of a cup of red velvet cake mix and three tablespoons of powdered sugar will do the trick. Whip together the yoghurt, cake mix and sugar until it makes a truly dreamy, creamy mixture. Chop up your favourite fruits and enjoy your red velvet dip. Shortbread is a great accompaniment for this delicious dessert.

Vanilla Caramel Corn

Cake Mix Caramel Corn
You’ll need six tablespoons of popcorn kernels (not popped), half a cup of melted butter, half a cup of white cake mix, one-fourth of a cup of brown sugar, one-fourth of a cup of granulated sugar, one-fourth of a cup of corn syrup, a pinch of salt, one and a half teaspoons of vanilla extract, half a cup of white chocolate chips (but you can add in some more, we know we would!) and half a cup of peanuts. Preheat your oven to 250°F, pop the corn and set aside in a bowl. Now melt the butter in a saucepan and add in the sugars, cake mix, salt and corn syrup. Let the mixture cook for four minutes while constantly stirring—do not let the buttery, cakey, sugary, yummy mixture boil. Once the mixture is smooth, remove it from the stove and let it cool for 30 seconds before adding in the vanilla extract. Now pour the mixture over the popcorn evenly. Once that is done, layer the popcorn onto a baking sheet and let it bake in the oven for approximately twenty minutes. Allow the popcorn to cool and gobble up this delectable dessert immediately. You will not want to eat anything else, ever.
