Walking

Brisk-walking is good for you in more ways than one. Make it a routine for your mornings and evenings. Breathe in the fresh air and allow nature to do its own thing. So, the next time you feel blue, we say put on those walking shoes!
Take up a hobby
Sometimes, all you need is a hobby to keep your mind healthily occupied. All work and no play makes Jane a dull girl. So, go sign up for that music lesson or dance class to kick in those endorphins!
Eat healthy

If you’re feeling particularly stressed, it’s time to relook at your diet. Junk food is as bad for your mind as much as it is for your body. Experts suggest eating foods like walnuts, cashewnuts, berries and green vegetables to keep the stressful hormones at bay.
Sort your relationships
Research points to relationship problems as a major cause of stress. It’s important to address all those niggling issues before they blow up into something big. So, if you’re having problems striking a work-life balance, it’s time to work it out and invest in your relationships.
Sleep well

Not getting a good night’s sleep is probably the worst thing you can do for your body. Getting a good 8 hours of sleep will help calm those frayed nerves. Switch off those devices an hour before bedtime and create a calming ambience in your room to get that much-needed shut-eye!
