Valley Of Flowers

With a lingering scent of the wet earth, you’ll get to see a burst of colours as you ascend. The flowers change colour from pink to yellow and even red. Kashmir Great Lakes

This one is considered to one of the best Himalayan treks that involve some serious mountain walking and hence, it is advisable to be taken up by seasoned trekkers. The best time to be at this trek is anytime between June to September. The highlight of this expedition is that it is amidst the major lakes of Kashmir, namely, Gadsar, Vishansar, Kishansar, Nundkol and Gangabal. One can experience lush meadows and breathtaking scenery with thousands of flowers around. Don’t be surprised if you spot several maple trees stealing your attention on the way.

This trek is rather similar to the Valley of Flowers with snow-capped mountains and flowers beds all around you. Once you move to the other side of the Hampta Pass, you’ll see the picturesque view of the Spiti Valley—a place with rugged terrain and stunning blue skies. A must visit during the monsoons!

One of the best treks in Maharashtra, this one leads to the Sinhagad Fort. 30 kilometers from Pune, the fort is a popular tourist spot due to its history. Perfect for the monsoons, watching the sunset on top of this fort can be a memorable experience.
