A PEEK INSIDE OUR EDITORS’ LFW HANDBAGS…
No matter how many hours you’re pulling or how tiny your bag is, every girl attending the Lakmé Fashion Week will carry with her that one beauty must-have. We asked our editors to spill the beans and tell us what they’re going to keep with them at all times…

Jasleen Gupta, our Editor carries the Colour Quartet
It might seem a bit OTT but I’m actually carrying the Lakmé Eye Colour Quartet with me. Does anyone else list shadow as a must-have? Either way, since I usually wear very light makeup, I like to add just a bit of drama to my face with some shimmer eyeshadow. I think it’s an instant pick-me-up, lights up your face and you don’t even need to be in front of a mirror to apply it! Plus, I think it’s the single easiest way to get your makeup to complement your clothes.

Faye Remedios, our Executive Editor carries the Gloss Addict lipstick
This one’s a no-brainer. If there’s one thing I always carry with me it’s a lip colour. Lately, I’ve been partial to the Lakmé Gloss Addict lipsticks, so I’m taking these babies with me to Fashion Week as well. They’ve got superb coverage in just a single stroke and surprisingly, the added creaminess of a lip balm too! An absolutely win-win for anyone, I think.

Girija Naiksatam, our Beauty Editor carries the Lakmé Absolute Shine Line
I can’t live without eyeliner even though my eyes water at the drop of a hat. So I’m going to be holding on tight to my Lakmé Absolute Shine Line through all five days of Fashion Week. The colours are fantastic (I especially love the Olive and the Smoky Grey) and unlike other liners which I usually tend to apply with my own brush, I find this applicator much easier to use.

Nazneen Joshi, our Lifestyle Editor carries the Blush Duos
A blush, of course! As if there could be anything else. I’m light-skinned and end up looking too pale often. My current go-to is the Peach Blush from one of the Lakmé Absolute Face Stylist Blush Duos. Since I tend to steer clear of old-school rosy cheeks, this coral makes for a very convenient (and pretty) option. Plus, I love how gorgeous it looks when I blend the two shades.
