Toast with Strawberries and Edible Flowers
Toast, organic honey, strawberries and edible flowers—what you see, is what you eat and this pretty-as-a-picture dish is just what you need to perk up your Monday mornings, non?

Avocado Toast
Smash up or slice avocados on whole grain toast, drizzle on some olive oil and season with sea salt, lemon juice, your favourite paprika mix and some roasted seeds (flax, sunflower, sesame, and so on) for good measure.
And if you’re going to give this one a miss because you don’t want to splurge on products at Nature’s Basket, Food Hall or the likes—you’re going to have to think again.
There are farmer’s markets from where you can order fresh produce:

A Toast Sammy with Smoked Salmon, Cheese and Fresh Figs
Purchase smoked salmon from Otter’s Club (they’ve got some of the best produce!) and whip up a toast-sammy with smoked salmon, cream-cheese, fresh figs and parsley. For a filling brekkie or a light-lunch, this gorgeous eat is nothing short of deeeelicious!

Sesame Toast
You can go “good girl” or “bad girl” with this treat. If you’re going to stick to being good this season, drizzle some organic honey on a crusty chunk of toast and sprinkle on some super-crunchy sesame seeds – perfect when accompanied by some black coffee.
Or you could go bad—make some fresh salted-caramel to lather on your toast and sprinkle with sesame. If it’s homemade, it’s probably not as bad for you and it’ll make for a sweet treat unlike any other.

Desi-Style Eggs Benedict on Toast
Lightly butter your toast, line it with a slice of ham, top up the ham with crispy bacon—once you’ve got your bases covered, set a perfectly poached egg (runny on the inside) atop, substitute the hollandaise sauce with curry paste and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve with a side of salad and expect total destruction.
