If you thought that you’d have to spend hours at the dermatologist and big moolah to achieve celebrity-like flawless skin — think again. Thanks to social media, we are so relieved to know that stars are just like us. That they too struggle with common beauty woes like undereye bags and acne flare ups from time to time. And contrary to popular belief, they turn to quick-fixes to deal with them too.

Don’t believe us? How about you hear it straight from the horse’s mouth? Movie star Tamannaah Bhatia — who looks like she never had a single bad skin day in her life — recently took to Instagram to reveal how she deals with puffiness in the morning.

Being an actress calls for long, tiring shoots and endless parties, which means less sleep and puffiness. Tamannaah took to Instagram to share a video wherein she revealed that she had a long night and couldn’t get proper sleep, due to which she woke up with a puffy face. So what did she do? Turned to her go-to hack to deal with it, that's what.

The actor took a big bowl of chilled water with some ice cubes and dunked her face into it. “Ice ice baby! Here’s my quick and easy go-to morning ritual for reducing the puffiness. Trust me, it works wonders!” the actor captioned her video. She revealed that this little trick helps tighten her pores and makes makeup go on smoothly.

Icing your skin can tighten the pores, heal and reduce acne, soothe skin irritation and helps keep excess sebum production in check. It also improves blood circulation to the face and adds a glow to your face. However, it’s recommended to not ice your face more than once a day and don’t leave it on the same area of your face for more than a minute. To switch things up a bit, instead of using plain water, you can also make ice cubes from aloe gel, green tea, etc., to maximise the benefits. We, for sure, will be giving this hack a try. If it’s good enough for Tamannaah, it’s good enough for us.
