Created by Sydney bartender Grant Collins, this one’s made with dry ice, liquid nitrogen, jelly and gunpowder-infused gin. It contains a thick layer of froth on the top. Smoke is then added to the froth, which gives it a smokey wooden flavour.

This one is as interesting as it looks. Prepared with rum and juices, the cocktail is topped on the table with a bottle of Dom Perignon (For those who can afford this one). You will be served dry ice at the bottom of the chest—something that creates the fog. Oh and it’s priced at a whopping $385!
