If you think they’re using a tub full of hair products to achieve the desired hair, we’re sorry to burst your bubble. It isn’t so. Yes, they do use a few hair products that they swear by but that is also limited because at the end of the day, those products consist of certain chemicals that aren’t good for your hair in the long run.
We shall reveal those secrets to you today and they might just shock you, because they’re so very simple. Here’s a list of foods that are consumed and rituals that are followed by people who have enviously beautiful hair.
Ditch the sulphate

Try to use shampoos that are sulphate free. All you have to do is to look at the labelling of the ingredients at the back of the shampoo bottle. Sulphate – free hair is usually thicker, less brittle and does not break easily.
Don’t overdo it

Washing your hair thrice in a week is healthy if you’re a woman and five times a week if you’re a guy. The biggest mistake that people commit is that they wash their hair every day. This not only dries the scalp, but also washes out all the natural oils that are present in your scalp and are protecting the roots. Overly washing your hair will lead to a dry and itchy scalp, and will eventually cause hair fall.
Say no to stress

Stress is known to be the key stimulant for massive amounts of hair loss and for the accelerated aging of skin. Although it is easier said than done, try to keep your stress levels lower by eating healthy, sleeping enough and by getting things done on time. As menial as this tip sounds, know that a healthy mind leads to a healthy body.
Wait for it to dry out

Brushing or combing your hair when it’s wet is a big no-no. Never comb through your hair when it is wet. Instead, wait for it to dry out and then, begin at the ends making your way up. In order to reduce breakage, opt for a wide-toothed comb.
Massage your scalp

Giving your head the right amount of stimulation and relaxation by massaging your scalp using your fingers is very important. Every night, before you go to bed, comb through your hair, get rid of all the knots and then gently massage your scalp with your fingertips. For a better result you can also apply some coconut oil to your hair, which helps strengthen the roots. Massaging your scalp will increase the blood flow and in turn make your hair healthier.
