You are a humanist first and being fit is a secondary priority. Working out is hard and gruelling and insufferable and no one should have to go through it.
#BBSolution: Fair point—but you know what they say: Exercise! Because somehow, completely exhausting yourself will end up being the most relaxing part of your day.

Sometimes when you get your fill of butter chicken, garlic-butter naan, butter-cream frosted cupcakes, batata-vada and a tumbler of masala chai, you just don’t look your svelte best for gymming attire. Maybe next week.
#BBSolution: Today is your day to start fresh, eat right, train hard, live healthy and be proud.

Because you like smelling like a bed of roses, always. The thought of being reduced to a stinking, sweaty mess albeit for an hour a day, is a thought you can’t seem to fathom.
#BBSolution: Ditch the cardio if sweating is your issue—swim it out! Plus nothing quite beats a monsoon dip.

“Couples who CrossFit together, stay together.” The thought of being witness to this gooey, happy-go-lucky love is enough to keep you in the bed longer than the track.
#BBSolution: Goethe once said “Everything is hard before it’s easy.”

You’re doing a service to society by staying indoors. No one should have to see those faces, grunts and unworldly sounds you make while burning the calories.
#BBSolution: “Giving up on your goal because of one setback is like slashing your other three tires because you got one flat.” – Inspirational Pinterest Quote.

Because spandex is really not your thing.
#BBSolution: Have you checked out Adidas’ latest crop-top, work out short combo? Even a pig would look smoking in a pair of those.

Why in the world would you waste your time working out when you just as well could be watching television, or reading a book, or aimlessly browsing the net, or petting the dog, or doing absolutely anything else…?
#BBSolution: You’re not going to get the butt you want by sitting on it, now are you?

Because it’s raining. And yes, that is a good enough reason.
#BBSolution: Don’t be guilty of killing your workout. Motivation is what gets you started, habit is what keeps you going. Get in it for the big run.
