Marushka Mafatlal (Events Manager – ACCESSED INDIA)
Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone
They might not be together anymore *sniff* *sniff* but they will always be my absolute favourite couple. They have crackling chemistry, are probably the most talented actors in their generation and create magic at the box office. Plus, she never got rid of his initials inked at the nape of her neck even after they broke up so I’m still hanging on to some hope for reconciliation because if that’s not true love, I don’t know what is.

Divita Sharma (Assistant to Brand Manager)
Imran Khan and Avantika Malik
I love that they’re high-school sweethearts and I love that he knew that she was the one for him even before he started his career, and stardom doesn’t seem to have faltered his decision. He is probably the only actor in Tinseltown who doesn’t get linked to other women, and that says something about his character.

Priyanka Gandhi (Project Executive, Pipavav Defense & Aerospace)
Neetu Singh and Rishi Kapoor
My favourite couple is Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh. This is because they had a really cute beginning to their love story and have been together ever since. Through the good and the bad they have stood by each other, which in my opinion is true love. Their chemistry even reflects on screen when they are paired together!

Ashni Sanghvi (Jewellery Design Student)
Frieda Pinto and Dev Patel
They started their journey together, they’re always open about their relationship and I love how they talk about consulting each other in terms of professional decisions. It’s evident that they have a lot of respect for each other and I think that takes top priority in a relationship. Plus, she accepts awards on his behalf which is adorable.

Khushnam Joshi (Internal Auditor)
Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao
I like that Kiran supports Aamir in all his endeavours. I’m sure that making Satyamev Jayate took everything Aamir had just in terms of mental and physical energy. The fact that she recognised that as an important if not crucial initiative, and proudly stood by him while he devoted himself to the cause makes me think of them as a compatible pair and my favourite in the film industry.

Avanti Rajani (Student)
Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor
There’s something very striking about Kareena and Saif—both have a presence both, on and off screen. The hopeless romantic inside me was most satisfied with the story (told through our trusty tabloids!) of the Prince of Pataudi marrying the princess of the Kapoor khandan—a family that forms the very foundation of the film industry and has unfailingly produced talent. Aside from this, both are fabulous actors that should be credited for the wide array of roles that they have played over the course of their respective careers and thus, they’re definitely my pick.

Nirali Shah (Self Employed)
Ritesh Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza
Even though my favourite couple of all time is Ranbir and Deepika and I don’t think anyone else comes close in comparison, if I had to pick a second it would be Ritesh and Genelia. I like the couple because they seem genuine without constantly trying to prove their love in public, which is more than I can say about several other celebrities. I like the simplicity and steadiness in their relationship and that’s what draws me to them.

Prerna Obhan (Manager – Libas Reshma Gangji)
Akshay and Twinkle Khanna
My favourite Bollwood couple is Akshay and Twinkle Khanna. They look so cute together and have an amazing bond. Akshay was the playboy of Bollywood and Twinkle completely changed that image and made him a family man which is a very good thing. They are a very good looking couple and complement each other very well.

Stuti Agarwalla (Senior Project Manager for a Language Service Provider)
Anupam and Kirron Kher
Though they’re probably not as talked about as other Bollywood couples, this is the romantic pair that I look out for. They’re both extremely talented actors and have been together forever and that’s not the easiest thing, especially with them both working in the film industry. According to me, the most important thing for two people in a relationship is to be content, despite all odds and these two seem to be genuinely in love. Plus, there’s nothing more romantic than growing old together.
