Since Anam has dry skin, Pallavi started by prepping Anam’s face with the Lakmé Peach Milk Moisturiser, followed by just few dabs of the Lakmé Absolute Mattreal Skin Mousse in Ivory Fair (remember how we said you should stay away from liquids as much as possible in the monsoon?) After working on Anam’s eyes, she opted for a coral blush (the Lakmé Absolute Face Stylist Blush Duos in Peach Blush, Pink Wink, Drama Stylist Shadow Crayon in Pink) which beautifully complemented Anam’s skin tone and finished the look off with a nude mouth.

Since the monsoon doesn’t allow us to experiment with too much of makeup, Pallavi chose to highlight only one aspect of Anam’s face – her (deep set) eyes in a rather unconventional choice of colour – royal pink! Although it took some amount of convincing for our model too, the pink eyes proved to be the perfect offset for Anam’s face and adding just the required zing to her day look. Pallavi played around with the Lakmé Chromatic Eyeshadow in Night Flash, the shadow duos in Pink Wink and the Drama Stylist Shadow Crayon in Pink to get the perfect electric shade of eyeshadow. We love it and can’t wait to try it out! What do you think?

When it came to the base, Pallavi preferred to follow the same rule as the morning for Anam’s evening look as well – lots of moisturiser with just a dab of foundation (the Lakmé Absolute Mattreal Skin Mousse in Ivory Fair.) This time around, Pallavi opted out of the pinks and instead chose a shade of brown (from the Lakmé Absolute Moonlit Highlighter) to highlight Anam’s gorgeous cheekbones.

For her eyes, Pallavi opted for the always reliable cat eye using our all-time favourites – the Lakmé Eyeconic kajal and mascara in bold black to add some drama to Anam’s evening look. She finished the look off with a pretty pink pout in a shade of fuchsia which has obviously turned out to be one of our absolute favourite things about this look (of course we’re going to try it out this Friday night.)
