
Baked apples
Slice a few apples and heat them at approximately 300 degrees Fahrenheit until they are slightly browned. Add them to a bowl of yogurt and walnuts and you are in for a little sweet treat.

Pumpkin seeds
Buy some unsalted pumpkin seeds and replace it with chips for healthy snacking at work. It contains Vitamin E and fibre that is good for your skin and digestive system.

Oatmeal
Mix oats with warm soy milk to make a healthy evening snack. You could add any fruit of your choice or almonds to fill you up a little more.

Guava
This one is a healthy power snack filled with antioxidants, Vitamin C and fibre. It is a great source of sweet hydration too and that makes it a great afternoon snack at work.

Banana toast
Spread some peanut butter on a slice of wheat bread toast and add some banana slices for a snack full of Vitamin B and potassium. A healthy and tasty treat!
