Avocado fruit salad with chia yogurt dressing

Fruits like grapefruit, oranges, pears et al are all water laden fruits that keep you hydrated and healthy. So pick a fruit of your choice add chia seeds, Greek yogurt and a wholesome serving of avocados for a good share of healthy fat and you will already have consumed a day’s worth of good health.
Cucumber and mint salad

Cucumbers are a source of natural energy and they also keep you hydrated. Mint of course is best known for its mineral and vitamin content which escalates its nutrition value and makes it one of the best detox foods. Team these two with some pomegranate, sesame seeds and lemon juice to make yourself a bowl of tasty goodness.
Feta cheese, tomato and onion salad

Feta cheese or goat cheese is high on saturated fat but is also packed to the brim with minerals, vitamins and is a great source of iron and calcium; plus it has a tangy taste which makes it a perfect salad ingredient. Mix it in with tomatoes, salad greens, onions, nuts, salad dressing of your taste and treat yourself to a bowlful of health.
Melon and pineapple salad

Melons in all their kinds have umpteen health benefits as they are laden to the brim with potassium, vitamins, beta carotene all of which help in regulating the blood pressure, sharpen eyesight and help keep hypertension at bay. So go ahead and add these melons to your salad for a punch of good health. Lay a bed of fresh arugula leaves and add half a cup of grapes to it, a cup of chopped pineapples and a cup of diced melons and you will have made yourself a salad that will do you ample good. For a dressing you can make a quick mix of fruit juice, olive oil, vinegar and honey.
Grilled Eggplant and Zucchini Salad with Feta, Chickpeas, and Mint

Zucchini is high on water while aubergine or eggplant is rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, nutrients and has antioxidant properties that not only keep the cholesterol levels in check but also prove beneficial during menstrual cycle. Add these into a salad and mix them in with chickpeas and feta for a wholesome lunch.
